Project Details

The building an end of terrace property in Leek in the Staffordshire Moorlands. The original terrace was completed in 2005-6. The buildings are set into the slope of the ground with three storeys at the front and two at the rear.

The proposal provides additional utility space and storage space for bikes in the basement, internal access from the basement, a separate dining room at ground floor level with an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom above.

The side extension is articulated by dropping the roof-line by and by setting the front elevation back a little.

The project involved the submission of a planning application to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
