Industrial Unit

The industrial unit is situated in the grounds of an old limestone quarry in Waterhouses. The site is home to a workshop producing wrought iron goods. The new unit provides an additional rental income for the proprietor.

It is a portal frame building measuring 10m x 7.8m with two 5m bays. The walls are a faced with buff reconstituted stone blocks with insulated profile steel panels above and cladding the roof.
