Green Gutter Head Farm

The outbuilding was formerly a shippon with hayloft. It had been partially rebuilt following a fire and until recently was used for agricultural and domestic storage

The planning consent allowed the first floor of the building to be converted as a residential annexe for family use.

The design provides an open plan kitchen/dining room, a study and a large bedroom with en-suite. The ground floor of the building remained in agricultural use.

The project involved the submission of a planning application to the Peak District National Park Authority, followed by submission of detailed plans to Staffordshire Moorlands Building Control Department.
