Agricultural Building Plans

Anroach Farm is an 18th Century farm house nestling below the broken escarpment of Anroach in the Staffordshire Moorlands. The project involved the demolition and replacement of a stock barn. An application for prior approval (GPDO Notice) was submitted to the Peak District National Park Authority who confirmed that the prior approval was not required.
The replacement building is a portal frame construction with three 4.5m wide bays spanning approximately 12.2 metres. It is faced to approximately 1/3rd eaves height in reclaimed local grit-stone with tanalised yorkshire boarding above. The roof is clad with blue-grey profile 6 fibre-cement sheeting.
